Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because many of our items are handmade or one-of-a-kind, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during high-volume periods or event travel weeks.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

We ship via USPS to ensure safe delivery of delicate items like doll heads and oddities.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Incorrect Addresses

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

• Your order number

• Photos of the packaging and item (if damaged)
