Orders are typically processed within 3โ5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Oh nooo โ weโve got you. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Weโll work quickly to make it right.

Our earrings are made with care, but we recommend reviewing materials listed in the product description. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

Yes โ every piece of jewelry from Ravenโs Tell Tale Boutique comes beautifully packaged in our signature keepsake box, finished with ribbon and a wax seal.
While we donโt use traditional gift wrap paper, our packaging is designed to feel special, elegant, and ready to gift the moment it arrives. No extra wrapping required ๐ค
If youโre sending a gift directly to someone, you can also leave a note at checkout and weโll make sure no pricing information is included.
