Return Policy

At Raven’s Tell Tale Boutique, each piece is carefully curated or handcrafted with love, oddity, and a touch of the unusual. Because many of our items are delicate, handmade, or one-of-a-kind, we have a thoughtful return policy in place.

All Sales on Certain Items Are Final

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Handmade doll heads and altered art pieces

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

Please read descriptions and view all photos carefully before purchasing.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • You must contact us before sending anything back

Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will happily replace the item (if available) or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

Exchanges

Because many items are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not guaranteed. If you’re hoping to swap something, contact us and we’ll do our best.
